Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a Procure-to-Pay Jr. Analyst to handle activities and projects related to P2P controls and performance. The successful candidate will evaluate and report on the performance of third parties against SLAs and contract terms, and ensure internal control compliance to support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports submitted to the SEC.

In this role, you will:

  • I mplement Controls & Close related activities.
  • Support the financial close activities including preparation of JE's, performing account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly AP analytics.
  • Ensure all key internal controls are completed a timely basis.
  • Support requests from auditors (external & internal), s upport management of P2P contracts by reviewing invoices and preparing SLAs.
  • Lead improvement in controls.
  • Actively participate in improve account reconciliations, analytics and SLA's.
  • Other tasks and projects as the need arises.

What we look for:

Experience Required
  • 2-3 years of shown experience on P2P & accounting
  • Proficient English level (Mandatory)
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements
  • Payables and procurement background
Skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues
  • Microsoft Excel and experience with major ERP system (SAP), Power BI desirable
  • Able to work independently, and cross-functional activities
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Ability to lead priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
Education Level/ Degree
  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
