Media to Shopper Coordinator
Ser un habilitador clave para la conexión de la Estrategia de la Compañía y las Marcas con la Ejecución de Ominicanal a través de los distintos níveles y áreas de la Compañía; liderando el modelo de Media to Shopper Model y la planeación comercial

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar, implementar y dar seguimiento al proceso de Planeación Comercial.
  • Liderar, apoyar y coordinar el modelo de Media To Shopper.
  • Liderazgo, y seguimiento del proceso JUCP
  • Junto con las áreas de Shopper & Trade Marketing habilitar la creación de planes comerciales y ejecución, así como una foto de éxito por canal.
  • Crear sinergias que contribuyan a crear un equipo interdependiente que capitalice las áreas internas, así como la experiência en finanzas, ComEx, regional y global.

Escolaridad:

Profesional Titulado:
Graduado universitario en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Economía o Carrera similar. Preferiblemente con manejo de inglés avanzado

Experiência:

  • Experiência probada (al menos 5 años) en roles comerciales (ventas, trade, shopper, marketing), idealmente en FMCG y Farmacéuticas
  • Fuerte conocimiento del entorno "retail"
  • Pensamiento estratégico en combinación con la comprensión comercial
  • Capacidad para pasar fácilmente de ideas abstractas a planes accionables
  • Liderazgo indirecto probado
  • Capacidad para influir en todos los níveles, construir relaciones sólidas y disfrutar trabajando en la posición central de la organización matricial
  • Capaz de manejarse dentro de la ambigüedad y cambios constantes
  • Experto en Fundamentales de ventas y comprensión fluida de P&L
  • Fuerte habilidad analítica de negocios, comunicación, negociación y habilidades de liderazgo
  • Trabajo en Equipo
