RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Revisar y analizar estándares y especificaciones militares y/o de cliente para la creación de planes de prueba.

Identificar la necesidad de equipo, diseño de fixturas, entrenamiento, creación y/o modificación de software interno para la implementación o mejora de pruebas de validación electicas, ambientales, mecánicas y físicas.

Asistir y dar soporte a técnicos de prueba para la correcta realización de pruebas de validación. Realizar diagnósticos a equipos de medición y fixturas. Verificación de fallas utilizando un equipo de medición diferente.

  • FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

Mantener contacto en ingles con diferentes departamentos mediante correo electrónico, juntas, videollamadas y teléfono para dar estatus y soporte de pruebas de validación.

Identificar la necesidad de equipo, diseño de fixturas, entrenamiento, creación y/o modificación de software interno para la implementación o mejora de pruebas de validación.

Identificar la necesidad de equipo, diseño de fixturas, esquema eléctrico, entrenamiento, creación y/o modificación de software interno para la implementación o mejora de estaciones para medición de componentes electrónicos, como resistencias e inductores.

Crear procedimientos de prueba para cumplir con todos los requerimientos y parámetros de prueba de estándares miliares y de cliente.

Asistir y dar soporte a técnicos de prueba para la correcta realización de pruebas de validación y operación de equipo de prueba como hornos de temperatura, cámaras de humedad, fuentes de poder, etc.

Realizar diagnósticos a equipos de medición y fixturas. Verificación de fallas utilizando un equipo de medición diferente. 20%

Trabajar de manera cercana con supervisor de operaciones, ingiero de instalaciones y otros ingenieros de prueba para la planeación y correcta realización de las pruebas de validación.

Supervisar de manera cercana la realización de pruebas especiales de cliente. 5%
Diseñar tablillas de circuito impreso (PCB) para la realización de pruebas de validación a diferentes tipos de productos Vishay. 15%

FUNCIONES ADICIONALES:


Trabajar de manera cercana con supervisor de operaciones y gerente de laboratorio para para mantener la capacidad diaria del laboratorio e intensificar el continuo crecimiento, mejora y adquisición de nueva capacidad de pruebas.

Dar soporte para cumplir los métricos de rendimiento e indicadores calves del proceso de laboratorio. 5%
Dar soporte y administrar la red y base de datos del laboratorio para su correcto funcionamiento. Realizar diagnósticos y resolver incidentes técnicos que afectan a los sistemas computacionales, telefónicos y redes del laboratorio. 10%
Asistir a ingeniero de instalaciones con la correcta instalación y liberación de equipos de medición y de prueba. 5%
Realizar estudios y análisis estadísticos como Medición de Incertidumbre, GAGE R&R y ANOVA a estaciones de medición de componentes electrónicos, además de otras actividades administrativas para cumplir con requerimientos de ISO %

EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO:
Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência.

Educación:
Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o afín.

Experiência: - 2 años de experiência en ambiente de manufactura de componentes electrónicos. Experiência en laboratorio de validación es preferente.

Entrenamiento Requerido:

  • Inducción (Beneficios, Políticas de la Empresa, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo).
  • Procedimientos aplicables a su proceso.

CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES:

  • Ingles: Intermedio/Avanzado. Ser capaz de comunicarse efectivamente.
  • Auto

CAD:
Intermedio.

  • Visual Studio: Intermedio/Avanzado.
  • Minitab: Intermedio.
  • Paquetes computacionales MS Office.
  • Manejo de aparatos de medición eléctrica.
  • Análisis de información y datos.
  • Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de negociación con otros departamentos y a todos níveles.
  • NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD PARA TOMA DE DECISIONES: si aplica, especificar número de empleados a su cargo, responsabilidades de presupuesto y supervisión, volumen de ventas, etc.
Responsable de diseñar e implementar pruebas de validación precisas, efectivas y rentables para productos Vishay.
Asignaciones rutinarias serán autodirigidas, requisiciones especiales serán asignadas por su supervisor.
