Responsibilities:

Main Purpose


Connect the customer ́s strategy with PepsiCo ́s priorities to achieve a sustainable and proper functioning of the business in short, mid and long term.

Ensure leadership in market share in Biscuits, Snacks and Oats maintaining a cost-effective business and engender new products (Innovation) to have more than 5 percent of total sales participation in

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for business growth of A2, ensuring 4 BU's results, as well share of market and net revenue. He/She is the responsible of the framework, promotional plan and ensure execution of PMF. His role is as a Regional Manager.
  • Ensure the Business Plan (AOP) of Net Revenue of PMF (Each BU ́s)
  • Ensure the correct communication with for RAEs, Coordinators, Executives and Merchandisers to improve the performance.
  • Continually seek opportunities to develop business proposals to reach and exceed business targets, through market understanding, competition, consumer needs, prices, sales, profitability, customer requirements and strategies.
  • Develops, aligns and collaborates BU ́s initiatives with the central teams (Sales Development, Merchandising, Sales Finance, Trade Marketing, CATMAN).

  • D&A, A&M) of PMF of A2.

Qualifications:

Experience Required

  • Bacherlor's Degree / Engineer / Administrative Major
  • Idioms: English
  • At least 1.5 years as L09 o new employee.
  • Previous experience in Sales Execution, KAM, JDV, Commercial Strategy.
  • Finance capability (knowledge of P&L).
  • Negotiation Skills (at leat 12 hours of the basics of negotiation).
  • Strong data analysis
