How is this position's day to day?

  • Work with Financial Planning, B2B, Pricing areas to create and implement Lilly's financial strategy for Mexico and LATAM.
  • Responsible for short
- and long-term financial projection processes. Ensure alignment with aspirational objectives by developing a deep understanding of the business and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement automated controls designed to improve decision making.
  • Financial partner for commercial areas.
  • Support business case exercises for product launches, pricing strategies, strategic marketing, and promotional investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement mindset: evaluate and enhance financial processes, implementing best practices to streamline and improve operational efficiency, leveraging on the new corporate tools S4 Hana/SAC/Tableau.

  • Advanced use of Excel. Desirable management of SAC, SAP/SAP Analysis for Microsoft Excel, Power Automate and Power BI.
