Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Process Engineer (CAD, CAM, CNC design engineer) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Design & Engineering.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Good communication and quick response to complete projects.
  • Passionate customer focus.
  • Astute, fast and disciplined execution.
  • Tenacious commitment to Continuous Improvement.
  • Availability schedule.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in design of mechanical part fixtures and assemblies (Fusion 360, NX, Rhinoceros or Solidworks).
  • Experience in generating programs for lathes and machining centers (Fusion 360, NX or Solidworks).
  • Office package management.
  • Advanced English.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Perform programs for CNC machining (CAM) and fixture designs.
  • Operate CNC lathes and CNC machining centers.
  • Performing designs and machining programs for wave pallets and production fixtures.
  • Generate reports.
  • Contact with various internal customers for development.
