Responsabilidades:

  • Es responsable de emitir los pronósticos semanales de requerimientos y embarques vía EDI de cliente, a la organización.
  • Es responsable del abasto, pedido y suministro de todos los empaques tanto de producto terminado en serie como de servicio.
  • Es responsable de correr actualizaciones de MRP en sistema integral diariamente para actualización de información en tiempo real.
  • Es responsable de supervisar requerimientos de embarque de acuerdo a necesidades de cliente en coordinación con el coordinador de embarques y recibo vía portal web de cliente.
  • Es responsable de supervisar el envío de ASN ́s a clientes
  • Responsable de planear producción en conjunto con Gerencia Logística y Producción.
  • Responsable de asegurar el envío en forma de producto requerido por cliente bajo especificaciones del mismo
  • Responsable de monitorear y comunicar fluctuaciones y cambios en releases con las demás áreas de la organización
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos en tiempo y forma de la demanda de entrega a cliente
  • Conciliación de acumulados (tránsitos) con clientes
  • Responsable de monitoreo y seguimiento a nuevos proyectos, así como del monitoreo y reporteo de indicador de entregas a tiempo con cliente
  • Revisar y gestionar cambio en la planeación de producción
  • Negociación directa con el cliente de tiempo, frecuencia y cantidad de las entregas de material.
  • Administración de empaques de Producto Terminado
  • Administración de salidas/bajas de material
  • Cumplimiento de requerimientos específicos de cada cliente.
  • Monitoreo de inventarios de producto terminado en almacenes internos y externos
  • Responsable de administrar almacén DHL en entradas y salidas (conciliaciones) para seguimiento inventarios
  • Responsable de asegurar y tener en registro, órdenes de compra de cliente vigentes para producción y embarque.
  • Responsable de mantener registro de contratos, acuerdos logísticos y comerciales de clientes con la organización.
  • Responsable de confirmar o rechazar requerimientos semanales de cliente de acuerdo a capacidad
  • Responsable de negociar y coordinar con cliente entregas de acuerdo a capacidad
  • Responsable de negociar y ofrecer propuestas a cliente que excedan capacidad de producción
  • Monitoreo y Seguimiento de rechazos de cliente en cuestión de inventarios y entregas
Habilidades

  • Escolaridad Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas o afín.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en áreas de servicio a cliente, logística en el ramo automotriz.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de portales E Supplier Connect (FCA), Covisint (Ford), MSP (Mazda), LISON (VW), Daimler.
  • Conocimientos en Ford Q1/ MMOG
  • Conocimiento e interpretación de la norma IATF 16949, ISO 14001, NOM ́s
  • Conocimiento en transportación y logística
  • Conocimiento en seguridad del producto y responsabilidad civil
  • Comunicación efectiva
  • Inglés conversacional de Negocios
