We're on the lookout for a Consultant WMS:
Responsibilities:
- L2 support: WMS and WCS application management at Client's distribution Centers.
- Provide diverse technical support to the project team, from system setup to troubleshooting, system testing, and programming.
- Lead crisis calls, track incidents for resolution, and collaborate with clients and end-users for end-to-end solutions.
- Manage teams and enhance capabilities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of IT experience.
- 2-4 years of WMS expertise, focusing on application support.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, SQL, SCI, and LM.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with WCS application integration.
- Knowledge of interfacing WMS with ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, and other systems.
- Ability to tackle complex issues independently and analyze trace files.
Desired:
- Experience in Peak Season Support.
- Some exposure to Manhattan or JDA WMS.
Languages:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Native fluency in Spanish.
Note:
- On-site position.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
