About the roleThe Team Leader - Manufacturing Production leads the production teams for Orica products to ensure the product is produced in accordance with all specifications & safety requirements.
What you will be doingSupervision, administration, reporting and front-line management of production, assembly, personnel, supplies, services, equipment maintenance, performance, quality, packaging and shipping during the assigned work shift, in accordance with EXEL's operational plan, aligned with the business and SHES standards, quality, legal regulations, management system and Orica objective.
What You Will Bring- Progressive career manufacturing, engineering or technical work.
- At least three years of experience working in a similar position.
- Availability to work in Cuatro Ciénegas, Coahuila
- Expert ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of industrial safety programs, Safety, quality management systems or similar.
