PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Supervise compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law, as well as to carry out the Human Resources processes.

EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. EXPERIENCE 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in Labor Relations and conflict resolution.
Massive direct and indirect personnel hiring processes.
Management of HR Key indicator (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.).
Attention to personnel & Labor relations.
Administration of internal HR movements (transfer, vacancies, etc.).
Supervision of compliance with internal work regulations.
Participation in Human Resources projects.
