We are looking for a proactive and creative Financial Consultant to join us. She/HE will be a contributor in supporting our projects with financial institutions across MX and US.

FX Senior Consultant

What are we looking for?

  • Level of English B1+ Intermediate
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in financial risks, especially FX risks
  • Foreign Exchange
  • Knowledge of banking sector products and processes
  • Experience consulting databases (SQL)
  • Experience designing databases
- **Experience working in banking or consulting services with banking clients

- is required.**:

  • Working knowledge of the banking industry, including, but not limited to: loan/deposit products, investment types, borrowing sources/structures, financial modeling practices, financial instruments, and financial markets
  • Motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ALM concepts and tools
  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or finance
  • FRM, CFA, or PMP Certification
  • Proven experience with, and understanding of statistical software packages such as SAS, data mining and relational databases, and database queries (Oracle and/or SQL)
  • Experience managing teams or in direct customer interaction.

Role and Responsibilities**- Interpret how clients identify, measure, monitor and control FX risks

  • Define FX reports that meet the Bank requirements to manage and assess FX risks
  • Define FX processes that meet the Bank requirements to manage and assess FX risks
  • Ability to articulate the analysis and recommendations both internally and through client communication; in both written and verbal methods
  • Requires excellent communication skills to work with clients ensuring exemplary completion of all projects. Engage with all levels of client stakeholders across many forms of communication
  • Maintain the highest level of technical proficiency and knowledge of regulations, industry trends, and developments
  • Proven time management experience is necessary for the effective handling of multiple projects
