Funciones:

  • Liderar equipos y células de trabajo a nível operativo
  • Mantener el cronograma de proyectos para que se cumplan los plazos establecidos
  • Realizar canales de comunicación efectivos entre las diferentes áreas de proyecto y el cliente
  • Asegurarse de que se cumplan los requisitos del proyecto y que se alcancen los objetivos del negocio
  • Documentar el progreso del proyecto y crear informes para los interesados del proyecto
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora para la gestión de proyectos y proponer soluciones
