El supervisor Sénior de Iniciación de Crédito es un puesto de nível gerencial intermedio responsable de proporcionar liderazgo completo y dirección a un equipo de empleados en un esfuerzo por evaluar la capacidad de las personas, empresas e instituciones para satisfacer las demandas de préstamos, acuerdos y obligaciones extendidas junto con el equipo de Operaciones - Servicios.

El objetivo general de este puesto es garantizar que se minimicen las amenazas financieras a la empresa al determinar los plazos o el nível de crédito que se puede otorgar sin riesgos innecesarios.


Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir y supervisar a un grupo mediano de especialistas en iniciación de crédito al proporcionar respaldo para múltiples productos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
  • Desempeñarse como gerente sustituto, resolver problemas y discrepancias, e interpretar procedimientos y políticas.
  • Interpretar procedimientos y políticas, y orientar al personal de apoyo en la resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Realizar aportes con respecto a las necesidades de personal, capacitación y desarrollo, y capacitar y entrenar a especialistas en el inicio de crédito.
  • Evaluar el desempeño de subordinados y realizar recomendaciones para el pago de aumentos, contrataciones, desvinculaciones y otras medidas del personal.
  • Resolver problemas a través del análisis de información, y al identificar y seleccionar soluciones con la experiência técnica adquirida.
  • Garantizar la calidad de las tareas provistas por él mismo y otros miembros del equipo, ofrecer asesoramiento o servicios de facilitación, y supervisar resultados finales.
  • Garantizar la integridad y confidencialidad de la documentación e información del cliente registrada en sistemas informáticos.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado
  • Preferentemente, experiência en liderazgo
  • Preferentemente, conocimiento y comprensión de la industria financiera
  • Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.

Educación:

  • Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
