Job Description:

RUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN


El Coordinador de operaciones TRS/CRT supervisa, programa, y organiza, eficientemente los recursos humanos, herramientas y materiales asignados a la línea de WC lo que incluye los servicios de Corrida Convencional de Tubulares (Tubular Running Services) y los servicios con Casing Running Tool, asegurando la mejor atención y servicio al cliente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad, eficiencia y seguridad en todas las operaciones.


RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE (incluyendo las siguientes):

  • Participar en las reuniones preoperativas y asistir a juntas de seguimiento operativo en las oficinas de los clientes directos e indirectos, a fin de dar todo el apoyo y respaldo pre y post operativo para cumplir en tiempo y forma con los objetivos y programas de los clientes.
  • Programar la logística de envíorecepción de herramientas y equipos, personal que participará en el servicio de acuerdo a su categoría, seleccionar el transporte y vehículos que se requieran para realizar un trabajo de calidad,con seguridad y sin retrasos.
  • Llevar el control de documentos pre y post trabajo relacionados con los servicios de TRS/CRT, así como el control de las herramientas utilizadas en los servicios realizados.
  • Control y archivo de los documentos, certificados de inspección, calibración, ajustes, el record de manteniendo preventivo y correctivo de las mismas, asegurando un efectivo control de calidad de las herramientas y equipos de tal manera que garanticemos que el servicio proporcionado cumpla con la garantía y calidad requeridos o solicitados por el cliente.
  • Planificar los viajes a los diferentes equipos y pozos con la finalidad de cumplir a tiempo con la operación solicitada por el cliente.
  • Usar su mejor criterio para ahorrar recursos en viajes no necesarios.
  • Presentar a la gerencia el reporte general de actividades y servicios realizados semanal y mensualmente.
  • Llevar la estadística y control de documentos de soporte así como órdenes de trabajo de los clientes, asegurando de presentar esta documentación completa en tiempo y forma, con la finalidad de que se cumplan los tiempos de entrega de documentos para programar la facturación de los servicios realizados a los clientes.
  • Supervisar que los servicios de campo de TRS/CRT cumplan con los requisitos de la empresa y del cliente solicitante, eso incluye tipo y cantidades de herramientas con respecto a equipos, y categoría y cantidades de técnicos con respecto a personal.
  • Solicitar con la debida anticipación todo recurso necesario para realizar las operaciones de TRS/CRT a fin de tener la seguridad de cumplir y atender en tiempo y forma los servicios solicitados por los clientes.
  • Asignar roles, responsabilidades y tareas a los Tecnicos TRS/CRT antes de cada servicio, mediante reuniones pre trabajo para la buena realización de las operaciones de campo.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con el Coordinador de Mantenimiento para que se cumpla con el programa de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo para lograr la mayor eficiencia del uso de estos recursos materiales.
  • Demostrarliderazgo y actuar como enlace mientras se encuentra en las locaciones y/o facilidades del cliente.
  • Demostrar un alto nível de participación y compromiso en los Programas y Sistemas de Seguridad de la Empresa y nuestros clientes.
  • Control de los reportes de servicio o cualquier otro documento/formato administrativo generado en campo.
  • Proporcionar un alto nível de supervisión y estándares en las área de trabajo (Yarda-Equipos de Perforación).
  • Dirigir y llevar a cabo reuniones de seguridad diarias: Análisis de Seguridad del Trabajo (JSA), Juntas de Seguridad Pretarea en la base operativa.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de competencia (KSA) para los técnicos de TRS/CRT.
  • Responsabilidad general con su equipo de trabajo de las prácticas de trabajo seguras y pleno conocimiento del Manual y los procedimientos de HSE de la empresa.
  • Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de los técnicos de TRS/CRT.
  • Es el responsable de supervisar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con todas las normas, políticas y procesos de Seguridad, Calidad, y Medio Ambiente en la realización de los trabajos.
