Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify, define, and lead initiatives into Planning and Supply Chain overall that can impact materials flow.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, systematically analyze data, and solve problems.
  • Achieve profitability, cash, and service level targets if relevant.
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.
  • Manage and meet deadlines and multi-task activities.
  • Define, implement and monitor Planning KPIs to improve the efficiency of the team.

You bring:

  • More than 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's in supply chain, Engineering or Business;
  • English and/or Spanish advanced.
  • Ability to lead, develop and retain a team of Planning analysts.
  • Facilitation, conflict resolution, influencing, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
