What You'll Be Doing:
Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to develop and implement effective renewal strategies, using insights from customer health scores, utilization trends, and feedback Drive the renewal process, including scheduling and conducting meetings to discuss value realization, present renewal options, and finalize next steps Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, renewal statuses, and contractual details in Gainsight, ensuring transparency and uptodate information Identify potential churn risks through effective questioning, handle objections, and negotiate terms to secure renewals Manage the endtoend renewal and forecasting processes, ensuring timely discussions, negotiations, and closures Confidently handle conversations about financials with customers, including discussing price adjustments and multiyear commitments Keep customers informed throughout the renewal process, addressing concerns, and aligning on expectations Employ a humancentered approach, understanding and advocating for customer needs while positioning TigerConnect as a key partner in their success What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in a customer
  • facing role within the SAAS industry
