Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar el equipo de reclutamiento, brindándoles liderazgo y entrenamiento para garantizar que el equipo se desarrolle y se enfoque continuamente en la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
- Implementar y mantener procesos de contratación legalmente defendibles y efectivos para la empresa que incluyan la integración con el departamento legal y el área de cumplimiento según sea necesario.
- Establecer asociaciones con todas las áreas de negocios apoyadas, para desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
