Summary:

The Shared Services Group at Oracle NetSuite Professional Services aims to assist and guide our customers by creating analytic reporting strategies and solutions, developing implementation roadmaps, conducting assessments, and executing full-life cycle implementations of analytics solutions.

We are in search of an experienced consultant/developer with extensive hands-on experience in working with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect, integration, ETL, and data warehouse solutions to aid Oracle NetSuite's clients in their data warehouse implementation. Familiarity with related solutions such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultatively gathering customer requirements and collaborating with the customer to define the business challenge being faced to gain better insights through data
  • Taking the specified business objective, using data model understanding, and creating analytics to provide actionable insights
  • Identifying new data and product patterns via data mining and effectively communicating these complex concepts and analysis results through creative visualization directly to company executives
  • Expanding the data warehouse by integrating data from 3rd party datasets/applications
  • Constructing data pipelines from multiple data sources by executing necessary ETL tasks comprising processing, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity for analysis
  • Leading project delivery as a technical expert during solution implementation
  • Developing solutions complying with product development guidelines and aligning with established design standards and approved architectures
  • Transferring product knowledge to customers to enhance training and ensure adoption
  • Addressing client issues to support and engineering teams accordingly
  • Staying updated on Oracle and NetSuite analytics, data integration products, and service offerings
  • Collaborating closely with the NetSuite Product Team to influence design, product features, and roadmap
  • Participating in internal meetings and contributing by sharing knowledge and best practices within the practice, including mentoring sessions for junior resources and other key initiatives
  • Assisting in pre-sales efforts and promoting technology adoption by positioning Oracle NetSuite Consulting services
Preferred Qualifications/Skills include:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in OBIEE/Hyperion/Oracle Analytics Cloud, Data Warehouse, and SQL experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle NetSuite Application
  • Strong grasp of Oracle Database, Data Modeling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse concepts, advanced analytics concepts, and implementation
  • Experience in implementing and utilizing Big Data and visualization techniques, tools, and technologies (Spark, Kafka, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proficiency in querying databases and using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Experience with Oracle solutions like Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), JDBC/ODBC
  • Capable of solving complex problems and collaborating closely with NetSuite Support and Product Management
  • Knowledge of business applications such as NetSuite, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, QuickBooks, Great Plains, MAS 90, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
  • Experience in data design, data modeling, data mapping, data interrogation, data quality, and master data management is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in architecting and provisioning/configuring cloud-based data warehouse and/or database solutions is beneficial
