POSITION OBJECTIVE


Analyzed the reason for leaving our hourly employees to generate new ways to have more information about if and have a real input to create action plans.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Establish and make stronger the resignation process, standardized the resignation process in Site Qro, helping with real information to production areas.


Main Activities:

Review the resignation reasons to leave

Standardized the reasons to leave in the system

Analyzed exit surveys

Give information of resignations to production supervisors

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Knowledge of handling structures and formats
  • Report of constants
  • Construction Standards
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint/office

Education:

Current students in psychology administration or related

Language:

  • English 80%
