- Dar seguimiento a la importación de lácteos, muestras y maquinaria. Apoyar con el seguimiento a agencias aduanales y líneas transportistas para el correcto control de gastos y facturación en tiempo para la correcta toma de decisiones.
Funciones y Responsabilidades - Es responsable de dar seguimiento a la importación de muestras y maquinaria hasta su arribo al almacén.
- Es responsable de dar seguimiento a la importación de lácteos hasta su arribo al almacén.
- Es responsable de controlar los gastos derivados de la importación de lácteos, muestras y maquinaria.
- Mantener el control de los gastos de importación y dar seguimiento a la facturación en tiempo y forma de las cuentas de gastos.
- Seguimiento con los usuarios de muestras y maquinaria para definir los centros de costos de cada una de las operaciones y decidir y obtener autorización del tipo de transporte requerido en base a los tiempos de entrega acordados con el usuario.
- Mantener relación con el área de Comercio Exterior para validar los datos de los pedimentos de importación.
- Coordinar las citas de entrega de muestras y maquinaria en el almacén convenido.
Perfil
- Recién egresado o estudiante de últimos semestres de la carrera de Lic. En Comercio Exterior o similar.
- Ingles avanzado.
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft office
