SMT Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance

_ Objetivo del Puesto._

Es responsable de mejorar el desempeño y el estado del equipo en cada plataforma asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de mantenimiento, así como soporte a mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo de los equipos electrónicos.
_Funciones y Responsabilidades.

_

  • Da soporte a mantenimiento predictivo y correctivo de los equipos de producción de SMT.
  • Apoya en la mejora de los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de acuerdo a los eventos históricos de equipos.
  • Planea y ejecuta proyectos de mejora continua de equipo y proceso, en base a las métricas de las áreas.
  • Asistir a reuniones de trabajo.
  • Elabora manuales de procedimientos, ayudas visuales y demás documentos que ayuden a describir y mejorar los procesos.
  • Asistir a entrenamientos externos e internos del proveedor.
  • Supervisa a ingenieros y técnicos, así como asigna tareas especiales para la mejora continua.
  • Crea reportes utilizando herramientas estadísticas y de análisis de datos para la mejora de los métricos de calidad y productividad.
  • Desarrolla mejoras en los equipos de producción.
  • Trabaja con proveedores de equipos para la selección y evaluación de equipos.
  • Entrenamiento a personal de operaciones y mantenimiento.
  • Evalúa conocimientos/habilidades de Técnicos e Ingenieros, así como desarrollar el desarrollo.
  • Evalúa y selecciona personal de nuevo ingreso.
  • Establece programas y soluciones para aumentar el tiempo de actividad y para problemas de equipos que afectan el proceso de fabricación.
  • Estudia el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Mantiene registros actualizados sobre avisos técnicos, actualizaciones y problemas de seguridad de los fabricantes de equipos.
  • Supervisa la instalación, modificación, actualización y mantenimiento de equipos de fabricación.
  • Da seguimiento a los metricos de mantenimiento (Maintenance KPI improvement (Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and OEE).
  • Trabaja en proyectos de reduccion de costo eliminacion de desperdicio.

_Perfil Mínimo Requerido:
_

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica, Cibernética Electrónica, Computación, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o Mecánica.
  • Diseño mecánico y 6Sigma Green Belt.
  • Idiomas: inglés, 80%
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: frecuentemente
  • Experiência: Mínimo 8 año de experiência en mantenimiento de equipo automatizado y manejo de equipo de medición AC/DC/RF/Mixed Signal/ Digital Signal, Interpretación de planos eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos, experiência en trabajo de grupos multifuncionales.
  • Esperiencia en equipos de SMT (Pick & Place, AOI, SPI, Solder Paste Printer, Reflow Oven)
  • Esperiencia en manejo de bases de datos SQL y Oracle
  • Deseable: Maestría en automatización.
  • Deseable: Desarrollo de software y analítica visual
