Requirements:
Must have:
- Experience in Product Owner role(min. 3 years).
- Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices(XP, Dual track).
- High skills in Communication and conflict resolution.
- Clientcentric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client.
- Business awareness, i.e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits.
- Analytical and observational skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement, both on team's and individual level.
- Very good command of English(min. C1).
- Experience in creating User Stories(with acceptance criteria and test scenarios(e.g. Gherkin scenarios).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of project management techniques and frameworks will be a plus (PMP, Prince2, Waterfall).
- Experience in turning briefs/initial requirements into project estimations.
- Experience in working with work schedules and product roadmaps, including methods of deviating from the plan in a controlled fashion.
- Experience in working with Product Design.
- Experience in working with DevOps.
- Technical knowledge.
