- Project manager is responsible for directing all the efforts of the areas of the value chain to ensure the margin of the projects, profit and the brand promise of each of the projects that you manage. Ensuring compliance with Siemens procedures, business plan and control WBS to deliver on time, from and quality. Minimize deviations in cost and time, execution errors, quality nonconformities, hidden defects, and operation. Monitor the adherence of the execution to the project to fulfill the brand promise and business plans.

- Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
- Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization.
