- Amplia experiência en ventas en la industria de TI (es decir, soluciones digitales, transformación digital, tendencias de tecnología de TI/soluciones de vanguardia, etc.) para clientes bancarios/financieros
- Desarrollar una cartera sólida e impulsar la participación de mercado asegurando nuevas oportunidades comerciales mientras nutre y desarrolla oportunidades con clientes nuevos y existentes.
- Gestione todo el ciclo de vida de las ventas.
- Interactuar con tomadores de decisiones sobre sus objetivos de crecimiento estratégico y comunicar nuestra capacidad para satisfacer directamente sus necesidades.
- Responsable de desarrollar una cartera continua de clientes potenciales de ventas investigando las múltiples capas para clientes nuevos y existentes
- Un historial constante de superación de la cuota en sus roles anteriores
- Amplio conocimiento de metodologías de venta
- Conocimiento y capacidad para desarrollar nuevas discusiones de TI a un alto nível.
- Experiência demostrada en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y tecnológicas en torno a una hoja de ruta para los requisitos y necesidades de los clientes.
- Experiência en la gestión de ciclos de ventas de múltiples partes interesadas y el cierre de grandes acuerdos
- Capacidad para identificar los problemas de los clientes y desarrollar propuestas de valor únicas y convincentes que se centren en brindar valor comercial al cliente
- Experiência en ventas consultivas de TI
- Conocimiento de la cuenta de Bancolombia
