  • Analizar datos utilizando herramientas y metodologías de análisis para realizar recomendaciones de mejora del proceso a la gerencia sénior.
  • Utilizar la comprensión de las actividades de liquidación de títulos valores y derivados para interpretar datos, preparar informes y presentar los resultados a la gerencia.
  • Identificar deficiencias en las políticas y formular políticas para asistir en la optimización de los procesos laborales relacionados.
  • Asistir en la implementación de proyectos asignados, incluidas las iniciativas de mejora del proceso de flujo comercial.
  • Interpretar datos que permitan hacer recomendaciones para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, servicios y plataformas mejoradas.
  • Proporcionar orientación informal y capacitación en el trabajo a nuevos miembros del equipo.
  • Minimiza el riesgo para el banco mediante el monitoreo y la provisión de soluciones a los errores, además de la adhesión a las políticas de auditoría y control.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.
  • Experiência previa en la gestión de personal.
  • Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

Educación:

  • Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
