  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 4+ years administrative support experience at an executive level
  • Ability to create graphs in MS Office products
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  • Previous +2 years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.
  • Previous +2 years of experience managing travel reservations.
  • Advanced English
The Administrative Assistant supports the General Manager for delivery stations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Completing expense reports and reimbursement.
  • Strong clerical skills photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes.
  • Management of fixed budgets for office administration, onsite events, meetings.
  • Arrange travel reservations for more than one Sr. manager role.
  • Office Organization.
  • Maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for the delivery stations Staff.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the Amazon vision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadline
