Requisitos:

Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:
Identifying and assessing the training needs of employees and departments within the organization. This involves understanding current skills, knowledge gaps, and future requirements.

Training Program Design:
Developing training programs and materials that are tailored to meet the identified needs. This may involve creating courses, workshops, e-learning modules, or other learning resources.

Curriculum Development:
Designing and organizing training curricula that cover various aspects of employee development, from onboarding to leadership training.

Training Delivery:


Conducting training sessions, either in person or through virtual platforms, and ensuring that the content is delivered effectively to meet the learning objectives.


Training Evaluation:
Implementing methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as participant feedback, post-training assessments, and performance improvement metrics.

Compliance and Certification:
Ensuring that training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements, especially in industries with specific compliance needs. Also, managing certification and recertification processes when necessary.

Skill Development:
Offering skill-building opportunities to help employees acquire and improve job-specific skills, including technical, soft, and leadership skills.

Employee Development Plans:
Collaborating with managers and employees to create individual development plans (IDPs) that align with career goals and organizational needs.

Vendor and Resource Management:
Identifying external training resources and vendors when necessary and managing relationships with them to deliver specialized training programs.

Continuous Improvement:


Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.


Budget Management:
Developing and managing the training budget, including allocating resources for training initiatives effectively.

Communication and Promotion:
Promoting training programs and opportunities within the organization to ensure employee engagement and participation.

Feedback and Adaptation:
Collecting feedback from trainees and stakeholders to make improvements to training programs and materials continuously.

Minimum requirements

  • Hard Skills
Experience in the Area

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.

At least two years of training experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

English Level:
Advanced preferred

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions.

Active coach and mentor whose goal is to develop and maximize the team's potential.
