The HRBP is a strategic advisor, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Implements and aligns processes with company and business strategies.

Provides HR consulting expertise to managers and employees to maximize organization effectiveness and drives change management process to integrate division into company culture.

Success
: 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Financeor Business Administration is preferred Good generalist knowledge in personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, Mexican Labor law, performance management and personnel information systems are required Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures in a global environment Excellent communication skills Must be bilingual; fluent in English Experience in multinational environment is preferred Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self discipline, ownership and accountability are required Good skills on active listening, logic & critical thinking, judgement & decision making, complex problem solving, time management and good team spirit are required Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes is preferred
