Team Overview:


Join Didi's Grocery Operations Empowerment team as a Junior Analyst and explore a world of exciting opportunities Collaborate with a dynamic team focused on managing shoppers, card transactions, and optimizing bag usage.

Work alongside passionate professionals, gaining valuable experience in Didi's fast-paced grocery operations environment.

You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with stakeholders in China and in an intercultural and dynamic environment such as Didi.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the shopper experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of efficient shopper management strategies.
  • Participate in projects related to card activation, payment processes, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Assist in optimizing bag management to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Attend meetings and contribute innovative ideas to advance the team's goals.
  • Assist in creating and updating process documentation.

Impact on Growth:

  • This role contributes significantly to enhancing the efficiency of grocery operations, directly supporting team and company growth. The Junior Analyst will play an active role in daytoday activities, supporting key projects in shopper management, card transactions, and overall operations. Collaborative efforts in process optimization directly contribute to Didi's ability to deliver exceptional grocery services.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree program in Business, Operations,Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferred previous internship or relevant work experience in a similar field or ecommerce, retail, and operations industry is beneficial.
  • Previous experience managing KPIs.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
(Advance Excel, Nice to have:

SQL, Python, Tableau)

  • Advance English is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical ,communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of card transactions and payment processes.
