Responsibilities:

  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
  • Recommends and oversees process improvements.
  • Has considerable business impact through indepth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
  • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
  • Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
  • Provides indepth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Desirabel:

  • Advanced English level
  • Certifications preferably (PMP)
  • Agile Mindset Knowledge
  • Knowledge MS Project, JIRA (preferred), advanced MS Office skills
  • Preferable meet Trainings, Certifications and Skills based on the PM Assignment Framework
  • Proven ability to manage to deadlines
  • Experience working with Lean/Agile practices
  • Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in executive forums
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships cross capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Understanding of project, program and portfolio processes to be able to take
direction and work independently on project tasks and reports

  • Acting as a program management function for key cross functional initiatives
within the organization

  • Ability to negotiate with cross functional stakeholders for support
  • Negotiation being capable to establish agreements among Stakeholders and be able to solve conflicts minimizing risk to the project
  • Conflict Management be able to positively handle disagreements

of Business to deliver all activities within agreed constraints of time,
