Responsable de la gestión y ejecución de los eventos internos de la planta con el objetivo de promover nuestra cultura en Eaton.

Asegura una exitosa incorporación de los nuevos empleados a la organización

Job responsibilities
A. Creación del Plan Maestro de capacitación anual, seguimiento, ejecución, generación de indicadores para medir la efectividad.
B. Planes de capacitación alineados a la normativa interna y externa
C. Desarrollo de Instructores internos
D. Análisis de información y métricos de capacitación
E.

Atender todas las auditorias de requerimientos mandatorios y legales que apliquen, generar y dar cumplimiento a los planes de acción derivados de las mismas.

F. Coordinar y supervisar el contenido y cumplimiento del programa de On boarding
G. Coordinación y participación en las juntas bimestrales de las comisiones
H. Gestión de proveedores de acuerdo a los requerimientos legales y de la compañía.
I. Proveer de soluciones optimas de formación para el empleado
J. Desarrollar el programa de capacitación anual para personal operativo
K. Desarrollar programa de capacitación anual para personal administrativo en conjunto con DO Supervisor.
L. Embajadora de la cultura de Eaton
M. Ejecución del programa de On Boarding para los nuevos empleados.
N. Asegura la cobertura de las posiciones de practicantes
Ñ. Asegura el cumplimiento del plan anual de eventos.
O. Validar anualmente con equipo de HR Badger plan de capacitación del equipo de Marketing y Diseño "

Qualifications:

  • Estudios Universitarios de Administración, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o afín
  • 2 años de experiência en al área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Conocimiento sobre normatividad de STPS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
