Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.Responsabilidades:
Actuar como asesor confiable y trabajar en estrecha relación con jefes de negocios y el equipo sénior de liderazgo para analizar oportunidades, gestionar estrategias de transformación para cumplir el mandato del Negocio, gestionar cambios al asociarse con líderes empresariales con una responsabilidad clara, ofrecer claridad en problemas complejos, facilitar la toma de decisiones y guiar inversiones de alto valor.
Participar en proyectos en todo su ciclo de vida:identificación de problemas, análisis de causas raíz y desarrollo de soluciones. Trabajar con negocios en la ejecución de tareas de mejora. Analizar aspectos del servicio al cliente. Desarrollar relaciones con funciones de apoyo y el liderazgo sénior.
Llevar a cabo investigaciones exhaustivas para respaldar las estrategias de negocio e identificar tendencias en los principales impulsores del negocio de Citi, como crédito, tendencias de activos (asset trends), estructura de costos, precios, administración de productos y funciones operativas.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en análisis financiero/de negocios. Experiencia en procesos de pronóstico y presupuestos. Experiencia en trabajo con equipos globales interculturales. Capacidad de pensar de forma analítica.
Capacidad de sintetizar un gran volumen de datos complejos, derivar perspectivas valiosas y formular una solución que cumpla los requisitos del liderazgo sénior.
Personalidad sumamente automotivada y trabajadora.Capacidad de tomar el control y lograr resultados, trabajar con indicaciones mínimas y mantener la compostura incluso en situaciones estresantes.
Excelentes habilidades de manejo de Excel y PowerPoint. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad de comunicarse e influir en todos los niveles de la organización. Conocimiento de Access.Educación:
