- Lead and oversee priority projects with a focus on functional integration, detailed process mapping, and tracking.
- Demonstrate strong competencies in all program management aspects, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling strategic and technical projects.
- Manage projects from concept to implementation using effective management and tracking tools.
- Assist in defining and delivering project scope, managing decentralized project teams, and collaborating with multiple functional leaders to identify and address risks.
- Ensure proper identification and translation of project requirements into project documentation.
- Create and review project plans, collaborate with stakeholders to address complex issues, and escalate when needed to meet timelines.
- Drive adherence to PMO management standards and practices for consistent and efficient project execution.
- Ensure team accountability and ownership in project delivery within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct regular reviews with peer managers to align program and project plans with regional initiatives.
- Utilize financial data for analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify and address project management gaps through the development and implementation of standards, guidelines, and processes.
- Support and guide Project Leaders and Managers as necessary, overseeing their progress and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and coach Project Leaders and Managers to enhance their performance in project implementations.
- Facilitate collaboration across the organization to leverage best practices and shared resources.
- Provide coaching and training to project leaders to enhance project management capabilities.
- The Program Management Office LATAM Lead is responsible for delivering solutions for strategic initiatives in LATAM, requiring excellence in strategic planning, tactical leadership, and execution across all geographies and functions, including Agile & Lean methodology for various departments.
- The ideal candidate should be technically competent, hands-on, and comfortable with both tactical execution and strategic projects.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and monitor initiatives and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Project Management: Expertise in project evaluation, tracking solutions implementation, and ensuring timely progress.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading multifunctional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Agile Expertise: Lead Agile Sprints and projects, leveraging Scrum Master skills.
- Analytics: Utilize analytical skills and project management tools for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field. PMP Certification preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in project management for Supply Chain within CGP industries.
- Familiarity with commercial & strategic project implementations.
- Experience leading high-complexity programs with significant capital spend or aggressive business goals.
- Ability to facilitate relationships between Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing & Commercial teams at both regional and global levels.
- Proficiency in structured project management methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management best practices and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerBi, and SharePoint.
- Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Lean Tools: Proficiency in Lean Tools for driving process efficiency.
- Agile Methodology: Experience as Scrum Master with proficiency in Agile methodology.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and influencing skills to navigate organizational structures.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills to derive insights for decision-making.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools for project tracking and management.
- Experience: Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects.
- Consumer products industry experience.
- Comfortable working with diverse and distributed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- MBA or advanced Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.}
