  • Working under the instructions of an Event Manager.
  • Ensuring the event is clean and organized.
  • Undertaking security duties.
  • Setting up lighting and sound equipment.
  • Provide useful information to attendees.
  • Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.
  • Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
  • Provide pertinent information to the attending public
  • Check tickets and control access
  • In charge of maintaining order at all times
  • Follow up on doubts and needs.
