Requisitos:

Ing. en Electromecánica, Ing. en Comunicaciones y Electrónica, Ing. en Electricidad, Lic. en Sistemas Computacionales.


Experiência de un año mínimo en el ramo en configuración de equipo de Microondas, enlaces PtP, PmP, Radwin, instalación y mantenimiento.

Certificado de formato DC-3 Habilidades y Técnicas de acenso a Torre.

Conocimientos en fibra óptica.

Conocimientos de plantas de emergencia, aires acondicionados y manejo de energía eléctrica en baja tensión.

Disponibilidad de viajar.

Licencia de Conducir Vigente.

Disponibilidad de Horario 100%.

Experiência en trato con proveedores.

Proactivo.

Puntualidad.

Funciones:

  • Ejecutar y reportar los formatos de mantenimiento preventivo semanal, mensual, y semestral al 100% de los sitios asignados.
  • Atender eficientemente ante una emergencia o falla, reportada por el NOC, proporcionando ETA de llegada al sitio, dar seguimiento hasta su solución a las fallas de AC, temperatura, generadores y plantas de DC.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a robos y vandalismos de sitios asignados, levantando reporte fotográfico y denuncia ante el MP.
  • Atender fallas de primer nível en los equipos OLT, Extrem, CX600, Switch, Microondas y Router Cisco. Realizar el ATP de obra civil y eléctrica en sitios nuevos.
  • Atención de fallas en campo y realización de los mantenimientos preventivos/correctivos para que el programa se cumpla al 100% y tener un impacto mínimo a la disponibilidad de la red.
  • Dar apoyos/asistencias hacia las diferentes oficinas de proyectos, para el adecuado desarrollo de los proyectos de expansión, reforzamiento y renovación de los sitios y equipos dentro de la red Totalplay.
