Job Description:

The Intern will support in the administrative follow-up of inventory, financial support, documentation and minor purchases of our clients' ongoing projects.


Job requirements:

  • Student of the last semesters of bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Academic knowledge in project analysis
  • Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Excel (Pivot, financial formulas, etc.), Word, Power Point.

Main Activites:

  • Operational follow up of series changes by the operation and support in store openings.
  • Analysis of Endpoints in store, validates and suggests required changes based on the budgets and formats of the clients.
  • Follow up and management of parts.

Location:
Mexico City.

Schedule specifications: 25 hours in office a week
