Descripción del puesto Los equipos de Planeación de Materiales de TE Connectivity son responsables de los planes, programaciones y monitoreo del movimiento de materiales durante el ciclo de producción. Determinan la cantidad y la fecha de pedido de los materiales para cumplir los programas de producción o ingeniería, inician solicitudes de compra o producción de conformidad con los convenios de abastecimiento con proveedores, y elaboran el programa de producción según pronósticos y análisis históricos. El equipo crea especificaciones para nuevas órdenes contractuales así como predicciones y planes de requerimiento de mano de obra. Brindan información oportuna y exacta sobre el desempeño de proveedores y se les puede solicitar que participen con el equipo de compras estratégico en evaluaciones de desempeño de proveedores de alto nivel. También monitorean los costos, los cronogramas y el alcance de subcontratos asignados para garantizar la mejor calidad al mejor valor. Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:- Descripción general del puesto
El equipo de Control de Produccion son responsables de los planes, calendarios y supervisión del movimiento de materiales a través del ciclo de producción. Monitorean y dan seguimiento al aging sobre el WIP a nivel planta. Son responsables de llevar el seguimiento con los equipos interdisciplinarios para la minimización de varianza en ordenes de producción, según sea el caso tales como cargos a ordenes, ajustes de inventario, cogis. También forman parte esencial en el cuidado y mantenimiento al inventario de materiales con actividades de soporte como localización de sobrantes, coordinación de conteos y revisión de órdenes.

Escolaridad: Min Secundaria/Bachillerato
Manejo de computadora Excel / SAP
Conocimiento de los procesos de el equipo de Logistica
