The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.

This position reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible of:

  • Observe EHS regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
  • Space utilization and inventory techniques.
  • Apply company Values.
  • Train, supervise and evaluate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Plan and schedule work according with the work plan.
  • Apply Continuous improvement to support the Cycle Count program above 95% of inventory accuracy.
  • Achieve the service level according with the production plan.
  • Maintain picking performance above of standard.
  • Complete the 100% of KITS and supermarkets on time.
  • Receive importations based on FIFO within 24 hours.

ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Problem Solving
  • Teamwork
  • Time Availability
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft programs, expertise in Excel.

  • High resilience (Keeping Calm When Problems Arise).
