Desarrollar y apoyar procedimientos, procedimientos y herramientas de seguridad de procesos de la MXBU. Colaborar con el Centro Técnico en mejoras al estándar y comunicar las prioridades de la MXBU.

  • Asegurar que los requisitos de seguridad del proceso se implementen y mantengan para la Gestión del Cambio (MoC) y la Revisión de Seguridad Previo al Arranque (PSSR). Monitorear, evaluar e informar el desempeño de MoC y PSSR y comunicarlo con los líderes.
  • Facilitar y/o participar en el Análisis de Peligros de Proceso (PHA) para operaciones y proyectos. Realizar un seguimiento del cronograma de la PHA para el cumplimiento y el progreso de los elementos de acción.
  • Colaborar con recursos internos/externos para realizar estudios de seguridad de procesos para gestionar los riesgos operativos. Mantener el registro de riesgos operativos y comunicar los riesgos a la primera línea de trabajo y a los líderes.
  • Revisar incidentes y casi incidentes, clasificación de soporte e investigación de eventos de seguridad de procesos. Impulsar acciones para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir y compartir los aprendizajes de los Equipos de Seguridad de Procesos (PSE) en toda la MXBU y la organización.
  • Apoyar la identificación de Equipos Críticos de Seguridad de Procesos (PSCE) y monitorear el desempeño y la efectividad de las barreras/medidas de control.
  • Brindar capacitación y entrenamiento a la MXBU sobre los Fundamentos de Seguridad de Procesos (PSF), concientización de peligros y comportamientos de liderazgo para impulsar la cultura de seguridad.
  • Supervisar el rendimiento de la seguridad de procesos (métricas) en toda la MXBU y realizar actividades de aseguramiento de nível 1 y
  • Identificar deficiencias y proporcionar información a partir de evaluaciones de seguridad de procesos.
  • Apoyo a la integración de seguridad de procesos para: prácticas de trabajo seguras, procedimientos operativos, planificación y respuesta ante emergencias, y apoyo a la disciplina operativa.
  • Incluir proactivamente a expertos en la materia, incluidos dueños de programas, partes interesadas clave y partes afectadas en la evaluación y el tratamiento del riesgo; y
  • Participar en la determinación de oportunidades de mejora continua para implementar actividades de gestión de riesgos operacionales.
  • Seguir la estándar de Gestión de Riesgos e implementar el Procedimiento.
  • Aplicar prácticas para la ejecución del Procedimiento RM.
  • Verificar que el Programa cumpla con los requisitos reglamentarios.
  • Buscar oportunidades de mejora continua para los requisitos y prácticas del Programa de Seguridad de Procesos.
  • Supervisar que los requisitos de la Seguridad de Procesos, las prácticas habilitadoras y los materiales de capacitación sean efectivos, eficientes y satisfagan los requisitos legales y comerciales aplicables.
