Group Product Manager

You coach PMs and give regular feedback so that they can achieve their responsibilities and professional goals.
You challenge your team to build the product vision but also help them prioritize the product backlog in order to resolve day to day challenges and achieve the business's foals while ensuring we deliver value for our customers in every release.
You have an eye on the market and can challenge our business based on what you see in the market.
You work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the product vision can be build.You work closely with the Design and Research Leads so that you are in constant contact with our end users to truly understand their needs.
You collaborate with the main stakeholders to understand their needs and urgency so they can be prioritized.You work closely with Agile and LACE teams to challenge our product development capacity and to improve our throughput.
You work closely with payment vendors in order to ensure they support our product vision and enable our strategy.
Requirements:
Even though you have a vast experience, you are humble enough to acknowledge that you don ́t know it all and are still willing to learn.
You have proven experience leading digital Product teams, and achieving extraordinary results.
You have excellent verbal and written English. You have strong communication skills, are clear and concise and are comfortable speaking in public.
You have demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies, product management, software systems, human centered design and user experience.
You have experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
You understand how a software product is built and can challenge tech teams to deliver best in class digital products.
You have an agile mindset and help PM's to think small and impact big by working with MVP's.You can work cross-functionally while building trustworthy relationships that influence teams to achieve common goals.
You are obsessed with our customer, believe we can always do better and that your product must constantly delight our customers.
