DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Este puesto formará parte de un equipo en crecimiento responsable de mantener y dar soporte a todos los aspectos de la infraestructura y aplicaciones de Oracle Cloud. El administrador de Oracle Cloud es responsable de la administración de la implementación de Oracle Cloud, el registro de aplicaciones, la configuración funcional y la gestión de datos para la migración del conjunto de configuración. Este puesto brindará orientación técnica a los miembros del equipo en la gestión de configuraciones de instancias de Oracle Cloud y aplicaciones empresariales.

El recurso técnico trabajará con el socio de implementación y el liderazgo empresarial para ayudar a los equipos de proyecto con la implementación y el mantenimiento de soluciones de software empresarial y corporativo. El recurso trabajará con arquitectos, desarrolladores, usuarios comerciales y líderes para garantizar que los entregables del proyecto estén alineados con los procesos comerciales deseados y los estándares de diseño de sistemas de información.


RESPONSABILIDADES:

Administrar y mantener usuarios y recursos de OCI, supervisando los componentes de cómputo, almacenamiento y red.
Monitorear el rendimiento, la disponibilidad y la seguridad de OCI, identificando y abordando proactivamente los problemas potenciales.
Implementar y aplicar políticas y controles de gobernanza para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la organización.
Configurar y administrar compartimientos OCI y servicios de aprovisionamiento como IaaS, PaaS, SaaS y DBaaS en dominios de disponibilidad y fallas.
Configurar y administrar OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) para controlar el acceso y los permisos.
Implementar las mejores prácticas de seguridad, incluido el cifrado de datos, la seguridad de la red y las auditorías de seguridad regulares.
Integrar OCI con otros sistemas y herramientas para agilizar los flujos de trabajo y mejorar la funcionalidad del sistema.
Trabajar con el personal interno, proveedores externos y Oracle para actualizar y comunicar los programas de mantenimiento del entorno, los programas de actualización y las interrupciones.
Ver y monitorear los detalles del servicio y las notificaciones del servicio relacionadas con parches/actualizaciones críticas/tiempo de inactividad.
Configurar y administrar mecanismos de registro y auditoría de OCI/OIC para un seguimiento completo del sistema.
Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas funciones y mejoras de OCI para mejorar el rendimiento y la funcionalidad del sistema.
Actuar como punto de contacto principal y colaborar con el soporte de Oracle para abordar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con OCI/OIC.
Colaborar con los equipos de seguridad, red, desarrollo y producto para identificar problemas e impulsar la resolución de problemas.
Mantener documentación de OCI y diagramas de arquitectura precisos y actualizados.
Diseñar y mantener procesos de continuidad del negocio y recuperación ante desastres.
