Como Supervisor de Producción Ensamble, serás responsable de contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de planta, partiendo siempre de la seguridad en los procesos y aplicando la mejora continua a cada objetivo planificado.
Tu tarea será:
- Supervisión diaria de la producción
- Liberación de la primera pieza y ejecución del sistema de calidad
- Mejora continua en sus áreas de producción
- Cumplir con los procedimientos y políticas de la compañía
- Administración de personal del área productiva
- Manejo de indicadores de producción, seguridad, calidad, productividad y scrap
- Mantener un buen clima laboral que fomente la permanencia de los empleados en sus áreas.
- Modelar los comportamientos y estilo de líder, de acuerdo al Modelo de Liderazgo Lear.
Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitará:
- Carrera professional terminada
- Disponibilidad de rolar 3 turnos
- Experiência de al menos 3 años como supervisor de producción ensamble en industria automotriz metal mecánica
- Conocimiento en procesos de ensamble
- Liderazgo
- Habilidad numérica
- Solución de problemas
- Ingles Conversacional (Deseable)
