Especialista de Entrenamiento

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 4 años en areas de Entrenamiento e Ingenieria
  • Experiência en empresas de Manufactura Automotriz (deseable)

  • Amplia disponibilidad para viajar (nacional e internacional)
  • Pasaporte y VISA vigentes (deseable)

Responsabilidades:


Define, implementa y mejora de actividades del sistema de Entrenamiento de YNCA para la estandarización, Controlador del procedimiento de Entrenamiento para IATF, Administra la App del SADE, Instructor Master que Entrena, certifica y recertifica Instructores de 1er.

Grado de YNCA.

  • Desarrolla, implementa y mejora actividades del sistema de Entrenamiento de YNCA para la estandarización.
  • Despliega actividades definidas como estándar en el Share Point de Entrenamiento.
  • Documenta actividades definidas como estándar en el procedimiento de Entrenamiento.
  • Comunica cambios del procedimiento a control de documentos central y a las regiones.
  • Capacita en los cambios de la documentación (Llenado de registros).
  • Visita a plantas para verificar Training Level.
  • Capacita a nuevos usuarios para el SADE.
  • Administra los accesos al SADE (Generación y revocación de usuarios).
  • Alta o modificación de estaciones en SADE solicitadas por las plantas por nuevos proyectos, transferencias o rebalanceos.
  • Movimientos de plantas de operarios solicitado por las plantas.
  • Mantenimiento mensual al

SADE:
Eliminación de catálogos obsoletos, estandarización de certificaciones en licencias.

  • Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras al SADE en coordinación con los protocoles de sistemas.
  • Estandarización del SADE a otras filiales de YNCA.
  • Define requisitos para la selección de Instructores de 1er. Y 2do. Grado.
  • Desarrollo del plan de Entrenamiento y certificación a instructores de 1er. Grado de YNCA.
  • Desarrollo del material de Entrenamiento para instructores (manuales, ayudas visuales, videos, llenado de registros).
  • Define el plan de lección de entrenamiento para Instructores de 1er. Y 2do. Grado.
  • Define métodos de evaluación para instructores de 1er. Grado y 2do. Grado.
  • Define logística para entrenamiento y certificación para Instructores de 1er. Grado.
  • Viaja a plantas según plan el plan de certificación para realizar el entrenamiento a Instructores de 1er. Grado.
  • Evalúa resultados de exámenes, emite o revoca licencias de instructores de 1er. Grado.
