Actividades

  • Dar soporte a las actividades de Adquisición de Talento hasta tener una contratación exitosa, para posiciones directas, indirectas, incluyendo posiciones Gerenciales.
  • Será el responsable y líder de Adquisición de Talento.
  • Responsable de trabajar en equipo con el Gerente Contratante para crear estrategias y lazos a través de redes sociales para la identificación y Adquisición de Talento.
  • Implementar publicidad estratégica para la atracción de talento externo e interno. Proporcionar de manera proactiva con los Gerentes Contratantes la información del mercado para la atracción de talento. Responsable del reclutamiento Directo e Indirecto.
  • Entender y representar la filosofía de compensaciones de Baxter para gestionar las negociaciones en ofertas.
  • Compartir retroalimentación de manera oportuna de acuerdo con la legislación local y las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento. Responsable de actualizar en el sistema en tiempo real las requisiciones. Identificar y escalar riesgos o problemas de cumplimiento.

Requisitos

  • Carrera profesional en las áreas de Psicología, Administración de Empresas o a fin.
  • 23 años de experiência probada en un puesto similar con funciones similares.
  • Proceso de contratación
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Conocimiento Microsoft Office
  • Sistemas de reclutamiento (ATS y CRM)
