Responsibilities:
Solpedelaboration and monitoring to purchase orders placement. Organizationand monitoring the logistics of materials and components supply, as well as thetimely delivery of equipment, systems or solutions at customers facilities. Developmentof project plan including work packages, milestones, and quality gates tosupervise and progress tracking. Managingchanges to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate validation,documentation and communication methods. Buildingand maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and deliverables thatensure compliance with quality standards and stakeholder requirements. Coordinationof internal resources, project team and vendors for the efficient projectsexecution. Managingeffective communication with stakeholders. Constantmeasurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Reportingto Management about issues, claims, risks, and opportunities, as needed. Managingcustomer requirements and satisfaction according project scope andspecifications. Managingthe project throughout the project life cycle until final acceptance (FAC) andexpiration of the warranty period. Developmentof strategies for the project execution. Managingcompliance of applicable standards, rules and regulations. Financialcontrolling: budget, costs, cashflow, invoicing on time, non-conformance costregister, etc. Regularreports on project progress and status (internal and external) Identificationof additional business opportunities in ongoing projects.LeadershipCompetences

Connecting various pieces of information, understanding interrelationsand identifying problems (risks, causes and solutions); establishing cleardecision criteria and weighing alternatives; choosing the best option forbusiness success from multiple sources and options. OrganizedExecution. Establishing an action plan for self and others to complete workefficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan; Translating strategicpriorities into operational reality and concrete actions. CustomerFocus. Focusing on the customer's perspective when setting priorities andtaking action; implementing service practices that meet the customers' and ownorganization's needs. promoting and operationalizing customer service as avalue in the organization. Influencingand team management. Using effective involvement and persuasion strategies togain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions. Creating and executinginfluencing strategies.Education,Experience and Capabilities:
Electricalengineer with minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical sector. Minimum5 years working in the field of projects, preferably in both the technicalimplementation and administrative management of low voltage projects(experience in medium voltage is a plus). Goodunderstanding of formal project management methodologies. PMI– PMP certification is a plus. Readingof electrical diagrams. MSProject. MSOffice. AutoCADis a plus. Conversationalspoken and written English (C1 desirable). Wideavailability to travel within national territory (mainly) and abroad(occasionally). Frustrationtolerance. Self-motivation. Teamwork.
