ESCOLARIDAD:Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia o afín

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Experiência mínima de 2 años gestionando plataformas de (Shopify, Woocommerce, etc.) marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.), realizando estrategia de presencia digital en redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)de preferencia giro retail

FUNCIONES:

  • Administrar, dirigir, controlar y gestionar el proyecto de comercio electrónico, en línea y redes socuales,
  • Tener una visión global de la estrategia de ecommerce
  • Analizar datos e implementar estrategias que permitan el crecimiento del ecommerce
  • Funcionamiento y seguimiento de la plataforma web.
  • Atención al cliente
  • Asegurar que la tienda online excede los KPI's y métricas de conversión
  • Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia de Branding coherente en todos los canales online
  • Gestionar la estrategia Ads, para dirigir tráfico directo a la tienda online y construir tu comunidad en las principales Redes Sociales a través de campañas de publicidad
  • Revisar el correcto proceso del área de logística y embarque
