Ingeniero de procesos

Objetivo de la posicion:

Diseñar, implementar, mantener y mejorar el sistema de producción alineados a los objetivos estratégicos establecidos por la dirección, soportando con diversas actividades.


  • Ejecutar los proyectos acorde a la misión y visión del área industrial, optimizando los recursos humanos, materiales y tecnológicos, a fin de eficientizar los distintos procesos productivos
    Actividades:
  • Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos, balanceo de las líneas de producción y centros de trabajo.
  • Elaborar información técnica requerida para efectuar el ensamble.
  • Determinar y calcular los recursos tecnológicos y humanos necesarios para la fabricación del producto.
  • Determinar tiempo estándar mediante los estudios de tiempos y movimiento en los procesos de las áreas correspondientes.
  • Analizar lista de materiales (BOM)
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación de cambios de ingeniería en línea de ensamble.
  • Participación efectiva en actividades de mejora continua a través de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing
  • Elaborar y actualizar información Técnica (Hojas de Proceso, Hojas Wes, Precedencias, Ayudas Visuales, etc).
  • Participación efectiva en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos industriales y de producto.
  • Reportar hallazgos de diseño derivados en problemas de ensamble, calidad, mejoras al proceso y factibilidad de ensamble mediante el sistema correspondiente.
  • Creación y seguimiento a DCNs TM para actualización de consumos.
  • Desarrollar acciones de contención cuando algún cambio de ingeniería no pueda ser aplicado
