Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Architect with experience in digital workplace solutions, preferably with expertise in BPO, data center (servers), and help desk assembly. Experience as a service delivery manager is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proposal creation and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to develop and present offers and bonds. The primary responsibilities include designing technology solutions tailored to the digital workplace needs of various clients, creating proposals and budgets, presenting them to clients with the support of the sales team, and collaborating with various departments within the company to bring these solutions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design technology solutions focused on digital workplace services for diverse clients.
• Develop proposals and budgets in collaboration with the sales team.
• Present proposals to clients, providing support during the negotiation process.
• Collaborate with different departments within the company to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital workplace solutions.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing digital workplace solutions.
• Nice to have: Strong understanding of BPO, data center, and help desk assembly processes.
• Experience as a service delivery manager is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to create and present comprehensive proposals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
