The Opportunity
This role supports the deployment of the Production Execution (PP) capabilities of the PepsiCo Global Template (built through SAP S4 concepts).
Objectives of the role are to ensure that the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) supports the execution of business processes related to these processes as the solution is deployed within PBNA PBC.
This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.Inventory Management and Production Execution comprise the following processes:
- Poduction Master Data (ex. Material, Bills of Material, Recipes, Production Resource and Version)
- Production Integration — Raw Material/Packaging Consumption and Receipt in Warehouse
- MaketoStock Production — Process Industry
- Rework Processing (Stock-Manufactured Material)
- Rework Processing (WorkinProcess)
- Production External Processing
- MaketoStock Production with Variant Configuration
- Integration of Manufacturing Execution System to Production Operation
- Integration with IBP (Integration Business Planning
- Supply Chain Planning
- Forecast to Schedule)

Your Impact.
As Manager, SAP S4 Functional - PP, QM Make Deployment your scope would consist of:
- Partner and collaborate with the Make to Deploy Production Execution Global Process and Solution Design Leads to deploy the end-to-end solution

- Support decisionmaking for Production Execution localization of functionality in the PGT during deployment

- Ensure PepsiCo Production Execution policies reflected in the PGT are implemented to standard with appropriate localization

Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Production Execution and Quality Management
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
- Record of success in deploying a SAP MM-PP solution
- Strong understanding of the SAP MM-PP integration with the surrounding SAP modules (QM, WM, SD, etc)
- Knowledge of the master data objects on the Procuction Execution domain, the data migration processes and tools
- Aware of the SAP security design implications
- Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the project team
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
- Solves complex problems within their work team
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
