We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Webinar Specialist.

You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality Partner Advantage Live webinars. Ensuring a flawless production (studio) environment ensuring all the elements come together for a seamless and successful remote production.

  • Set/Studio Management - Ensuring flawless and uninterrupted live remote production and ability to step in as a host/emcee to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere contributes significantly to the event's success.
  • Production: Oversee the entire video/webinar production process covering both technical and non technical aspect of the production.

o Technical Direction:
Provide technical guidance ensuring proper camera angles, lighting setups, and sound quality.

§ Monitoring multiple feeds and displays to ensure a seamless viewing experience.

§ Making split-second decisions to address any technical issues that arise during the production.

§ Recommend optimal audio, visuals, technology, and other elements to enhance the final product.

§ Handling video, lighting, camera, and audio for all shoots (studio, on-location, or via Streamyard).

§ Create standard slides for session transitions and introductions.

§ Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with technology owners to find solutions before event.

o Performance Direction and talent management:
§ Guide presenters and talent on best practices for performing in a virtual environment. This may involve ensuring proper framing, microphone placement, and on-screen etiquette.

§ Offer direction on delivery, body language, and overall performance to achieve the desired outcome.

§ Conduct dry runs and provide expert guidance on presentation flow, delivery, and overall experience.

§ Function as acting/dialogue coach – The dialogue/acting coach works with actors to improve their delivery of lines, character development, and overall stage presence. All delivered with a professional and sensitive approach, considering speaker comfort levels.

§ Support transitions and gaps - Seamlessly bridge gaps and adapt to unexpected situations and keep the program flowing smoothly.

  • Post-Production: Prepare three editing levels (full editing, intro/transition edits, and issue-specific edits) to create impactful content. Additionally, you'll provide limited graphics support, such as slide cleanup as needed.
  • Service Improvement: You'll proactively identify capacity or production challenges to maintain a smooth schedule across multiple time zones. You'll also propose solutions for managing high and low demand periods.
  • Manage tools and resources: oversee the program tools and resources required to complete the program's objectives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members. They provide updates on the program's progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure everyone involved is on the same page.
  • Monitor and evaluate: Track the program's progress and measure its success against predetermined criteria. Identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments to the program as needed.
  • Business Review & Performance - responsible for generating quarterly and (initially) weekly performance reviews to ensure business outcomes are met and develop action plans for improvement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all approved video production shoots,
  • Update buganizer tickets with links to Youtube Streaming, RSVP page etc.
  • Provide recommendation on audio, visual, and technology and other elements that positively impact the final deliverable. Test capabilities with each speaker.
  • Manage speaker interactions and dry-runs, provide best practice guidance to speakers while rehearsing flow as well as presentation (includes speaker coach, show flow review and adjustments, experience guidance, etc). Provide feedback in a professional manner aligned to speaker personalities, remembering that many Googlers are not comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Produce video, running lights, camera and audio on all video shoots (i.e. in studio or on location) or via Streamyard technology.
  • Provide hosting / emcee services as needed.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and interface with the technology owner to resolve before event or within 24 hrs of occurrence to deliver a 99% uptime for the service.
  • Provide a flexible schedule to support multiple time zones with required availability.
  • Proactively assess the production team situation and provide action items to ensure that the team meets the client goals.
  • Participate in creating and reporting business reviews.
  • First point of contact for process and product updates as well as for escalation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and requestors (Google) to understand their needs and expectations and address them in a timely manner.
Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required (Communications, Multimedia).
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital, multi media production or similar field.
  • Domain expertise in live and post digital video/multimedia production.
  • Experience with streaming applications and integrations to support live virtual events (Streamyard, Youtube studio, GCP RSVP Tool).
  • Proficiency in audio/video editing suite such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of video and audio equipment, lighting techniques, and live streaming technology.
  • Language Requirement: Clear and concise communication in English.
o Highly skilled written and oral communicator with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment.

o Proficient in English Ability to speak and write in English effectively and idiomatically (C1 Level).

  • Well-developed comprehension and articulation skills (Grasping the core message of the communication, structuring your message in a logical and easy-to-follow manner and Tailoring your message to resonate with the listener's level of understanding and background).
  • Solid understanding of business processes is crucial for executing successful virtual events.
  • Detail oriented - break down complex situations into manageable parts.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - manage multiple, time sensitive projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  • Working knowledge of GWS applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gchat etc.) is a must.
  • A background in partner programs is highly desirable (Reseller, SI and ISV).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Adaptable - Ability to respond & adapt to changing circumstances Solve problems and provide solutions in a climate of ambiguity.

Studio management (critical):

  • Daily review and maintenance
  • Smooth / Uninterrupted live events

Production (critical):

  • Scheduling: same day as event confirmation.
  • Rehearsals: 48 hours prior to event.
  • Event set-up 30-60 min prior to event.
Post-production (critical)

  • Editing: within 24 hours of the event; escalations within three (3) hours of the event

  • On-going; minimum monthly
